Experiences
Common Lifecycle
1. New Experience
New experiences can be created from scratch, using a template, or by duplicating an existing experience. Upon creating a new experience, it will always start with a Draft status.
2. Publishing and Monitoring an Experience
An experience can be published from the experience main view. Once you are sure everything is included to create a holistic experience: click the experience in the table and click Publish. Confirm you wish to publish this experience.
Upon publishing the experience, data readings will start to come in for selected parameters. Subsequently the score calculation will start. Over the next days you can start following how our experience is doing. If you have included parameters that allow for feedback, topic or sentiment analysis you can also start to find out how and where the experience could be improved. A published experience cannot be put into Draft status anymore, for this you must create a duplicate of the experience.
3. Discontinuing an Experience
Once an experience is not up-to-date anymore and should be retired, you can discontinue it by clicking the experience in the experiences main view and clicking the Discontinue button. This will stop data retrieval for its parameters, stop score calculation and other analytical operations. Scores and analysis data will stay available in dashboards.
