Support for HPE Aruba UXI

With the new HPE Aruba UXI metric provider XLAONE now has built-in support for so-called data push metric sources whereas previously only metric providers with data pull capabilities were offered. From a technical perspective, the main difference is how these types of metric providers ingest data into the system. Other than that, setting up a connection comes with the same ease of configuration as before:

We are introducing our new Feedback feature—designed to help you easily capture and act on valuable insights! Whether it's from customers, employees, partners, or others, when feedback is shared through surveys or open-text inputs, this feature automatically identifies suggestions for improving your Experiences. You’ll find these insights conveniently available on your Control Tower, allowing you to take action and continuously enhance experiences across all areas. Feedback summaries are automatically generated by the system using AI.

Topic & Sentiments - Understand Key Themes and Emotions Effortlessly

We’re excited to introduce the Topics & Sentiments feature, designed to help you quickly uncover important themes in any open-text input. Using an advanced AI language model, this feature analyzes incoming text to identify key topics and assigns each a sentiment score ranging from 0 (negative) to 10 (positive). It also tracks how often these topics occur over time. On the Control Tower it looks as follows:

You can also mark certain topics as favorite to show progressions over time:

With this powerful tool, you no longer need to manually review each response to understand how a subject is performing. The sentiment score shows whether topics are mentioned in a positive or negative light, while the occurrence data highlights the continued relevance of each theme. Together, these insights enable smarter decision-making and targeted improvements across your experiences.

New Data Sources in Dashboard

The previous Transactional data source has now been divided into smaller data sources, each focusing on their business domain. If you still want to combine multiple domains you can use the new Federated Data Source:

Breaking Change: Removed some options from Survey Designer

After some in-depth consideration, we’ve decided to remove some options from the Survey Designer.

General

The JSON editor tab and the General Options CookieName and WidthMode have been removed. Also removed is the option to randomly change the index order of elements on the page when the survey needs to be filled in.
